Where is With Emmy Loo located?
Our boutique is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. You can visit us in Tanunda or shop online.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We’d love to welcome you in person. Visit our boutique for a personalised styling experience and explore our curated capsule collections in-store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return an item?
We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
Please review our Returns Policy to ensure your item qualifies. Then, email us at hello@withemmyloo.com.au to initiate your return. Once approved, items must be posted back within 2 business days via express post at your own cost.
How do I return a faulty item?
We quality check all items, but in the rare event you receive a faulty or damaged piece, please email us directly at hello@withemmyloo.com.au so we can resolve it promptly.
How long does a return take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
What is your return timeframe?
Returns must be initiated and received within 10 days of purchase.
Do I need to cover return postage?
Yes — return postage is the responsibility of the customer and must be via express post. We recommend tracking, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items lost in transit.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Our main priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible for you to enjoy.
All orders placed via our online store are shipped with Australia post via parcel post or express parcel post.
Parcel post (same State) 2-4 business days
Parcel Post (Interstate) 3-6 business days
Express post parcel (Same State) 1-2 business days
Express post parcel (Interstate) 1-3 business days
Please note this is an estimate only and once it is with Australia Post we can not control how long it takes to get to you.
All orders are signature on arrival so if you are not at home during the delivery it will most likely be at your local or closest post office. If you would rather your parcel left with out a signature at home please make sure this is noted in your notes under the order.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to pack and send your order within 2 business days. As soon as it’s on the way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
While we’re not responsible for parcels once they’re with Australia Post, we’ll always do our best to assist. Email us at hello@withemmyloo.com.au with your order details, and we’ll help you locate it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we’re unable to cancel once placed. If you need to return your order once received, please follow our Returns Policy.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes — you can select Local Pickup at checkout and collect from our boutique:
1B Elizabeth Street, Tanunda SA during opening hours.
PRODUCT & STYLE
Why does my product look slightly different in person?
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor or phone settings. Pattern placement may also vary. We do our best to represent each item as accurately as possible.
Do you restock items?
Some of our pieces are limited editions. If you’ve missed out on something, email us at hello@withemmyloo.com.au to check if a restock is coming.

Do you offer personal styling?
Yes — we offer boutique styling sessions in-store. Whether you’re building your capsule wardrobe or dressing for an event, we’re here to help.
