Our Returns Policy
At With Emmy Loo, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each piece is carefully curated for timeless style, quality and versatility — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return process seamless and stress-free.
What’s Eligible for Return?
We hope you adore your purchase, but in case it’s not quite right, we do offer returns for eligible items.
To be accepted for return, items must:
- Be returned within 10 days of purchase
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in a protective postal bag (including shoe boxes)
Please take care when trying on your item(s):
We cannot accept returns with make-up, tan, deodorant, or scent transfer.
Shoes must be tried on a soft surface only — we cannot accept scuffed soles.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned.
Change of Mind?
Changed your mind or ordered the wrong fit?
We’re happy to offer you:
- A store credit (valid for 3 years)
- Or an exchange (see below)
Credits can be used online or in-store. All change-of-mind returns can be initiated either way.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
For urgent swaps, we recommend:
- Place a new order for your desired item(s)
- Return the original item
- Once received, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping)

Sale Items & Refunds
Please choose carefully — sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Sale refers to any item permanently marked down.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds are only issued if your item is deemed faulty or damaged (see below).
Faulty / Damaged Items
We thoroughly inspect each piece before it leaves our boutique — but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us right away.
We’ll cover return postage for approved faulty items and resolve the issue promptly.

How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your store credit or approved refund has been issued.
How do I return an item?
1. Check your item meets our return conditions above
2. Email us at hello@withemmyloo.com.au with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
3. Once approved, post your return within 2 business days via a trackable service.
(Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.)
